XINSHAO OEM / ODM MANUFACTURING
Our custom trailer wiring harnesses are durable vehicle-grade cable assemblies designed to deliver stable power and signal transmission between towing vehicles and trailers. We build harnesses to match your trailer configuration, including lighting, brake, reverse, turn signal and auxiliary power circuits, suitable for utility trailers, boat trailers, car haulers and camper trailers.
Configure lighting branches, wire colors and mating interfaces around your approved circuit drawing.
Specify the plug family, contact arrangement and circuit assignments; connector appearance alone does not confirm compatibility.
Define axle layout, brake connections, conductor requirements and protected routing for your trailer design.
Set branch spacing, lamp connectors and service loops to match marker and clearance light positions.
Review load, cable length, return path and circuit protection before selecting conductor size and terminals.
Combine lighting and auxiliary branches in a drawing-controlled assembly with specified mounting and protection.

01
Help limit moisture, mud and road salt ingress when correctly selected, assembled and mated. Protection depends on the complete design and specified test conditions.
02
Stranded copper conductors selected for conductivity, flexibility and the vibration requirements of your application.
03
Jacket, loom and strain relief options help protect against frame contact, debris and pull stress at connection points.
04
4-pin, 5-pin, 6-pin and 7-pin plugs with custom lighting, brake, reverse, turn signal and auxiliary power circuits. Confirm mating compatibility and pinout for plug-and-play installation.
Color-coded wiring and labels follow the approved pinout and applicable connector or market requirements. Confirm the wiring convention before installation.

Tailor running lights, brake lights, reverse lights, turn signals and auxiliary power to your trailer configuration. Specify connector family, mating part and pin assignment before ordering.
Discuss your pinout, trailer environment and order requirements with our engineering team.
Yes. We manufacture harnesses following your approved circuit diagram, pin definition and required total length. Share your schematic or requirements.
Yes. IP67-rated sealed connector options and corrosion-resistant materials are available. Complete assembly protection depends on cable entries, splices, mating conditions and project-specific validation.
We support common 4-pin, 5-pin, 6-pin and 7-pin trailer connectors, as well as Deutsch and other heavy-duty sealed connectors for special builds. Confirm connector family and pinout.
We can specify low-voltage primary cable to SAE J1128 where required. This cable standard does not define the complete trailer harness pinout or color code; these follow the approved drawing and applicable interface requirements.
Sample orders start from 5 pieces. Regular production MOQ is 100 pieces. Small-batch prototype requirements can be reviewed. Typical samples take 3–5 working days and production 10–20 working days, subject to design approval, materials and quantity.
Send us your wiring diagram, pin assignment and trailer requirements. Our engineering team will review your design and aim to provide a competitive quotation within 24 hours. Complex projects or incomplete specifications may require additional review.
