OEM/ODM ROBOTICS INTERCONNECT SOLUTIONS

Custom RoboticsWiring Harnesses

Drawing-based harness solutions for robot arms, mobile robots, tooling and control systems. Align power, feedback and I/O connections with your installation.

  • Drawing, sample and BOM-based development
  • Power, signal, shielding and routing customization
  • Prototype and production project support

Xinshao — Custom Harnesses for Robotics Projects

Xinshao supports OEM/ODM wire harness and cable assembly projects for robotics and industrial automation. Develop your assembly from a drawing, sample or BOM, with cable lengths, branches, connectors, protective coverings and labels defined for your equipment.

Share the installation envelope, pinout and operating conditions for engineering review. Moving-joint, torsional and fixed-installation sections need different cable constructions; the required motion profile and acceptance tests should be agreed before production.

Choose a Robotics Harness Supplier Around Your Design Requirements

A robotics harness must fit the electrical architecture, mounting geometry and maintenance plan. Xinshao works from your drawings and BOM to review connector interfaces, branch locations and assembly details.

For moving sections, provide bend radius, travel, speed, acceleration, torsion and target cycle life. Material selection alone does not establish motion performance; validate the complete assembly under representative installation conditions.

Custom Interconnects for Your Robot Architecture

xinshao-robotics-power-feedback-harness
xinshao-robotics-signal-harness

Combine motor power, feedback and sensor branches in a coordinated harness layout. Keep separation, shield termination and protective sleeving consistent with your electrical and mechanical design.

Define cable construction, connector part numbers, pinout, dimensional tolerances and strain relief in the approved drawing. Confirm component availability and approve any alternatives before procurement.

Send your drawings, BOM, quantities and validation requirements to begin a technical review and quotation.

Cable, Connector & Protection Selection

Review PVC, PU, PTFE or XLPE options against the actual cable datasheet and operating conditions. Motion suitability, temperature and chemical resistance vary by construction.

  • Conductor size, voltage, current and installation temperature
  • Connector part numbers, mating interfaces and pinout
  • Flex or torsion duty, shielding, abrasion protection and labels

Robotics Wiring Harnesses:A Buyer’s Guide

Prepare the right project information for a more useful engineering review and quotation.

Include the drawing, BOM, pinout, connector part numbers, branch dimensions, installation photos, quantities and target delivery date. Identify fixed and moving sections and any required inspection records.
Provide the motion path, minimum bend radius, travel, speed, acceleration, twist per unit length and expected cycle life. Agree an assembly-level validation plan; no universal flex-life rating is implied.
Define separation, shielding and grounding with your system design team. Confirm cable construction and shield termination against the drive, encoder and controller requirements; shielding alone does not establish EMC performance.
Request a documented review of fit, electrical ratings, mating compatibility, motion duty and availability. Approve alternatives in the BOM before production.
Agree continuity and pinout checks, plus applicable dielectric withstand, pull-force, flex or signal-integrity testing. Specify FAI, test records, traceability and compliance documents needed for your project.
No blanket rating is implied. Any sealing, safety or regulatory claim must apply to the specified components and complete assembly under defined installation and test conditions.
