CUSTOM MOLDED INTERCONNECTS FOR OEM EQUIPMENT
Custom connector grips, cable boots and molded junctions developed around your installation. Send a drawing, sample or BOM for manufacturing review.
Xinshao supports drawing-based overmolded cable assembly projects for equipment OEMs. Define the connector interface, pinout, cable construction and external molded shape as one coordinated assembly.
Share your installation envelope, cable movement and exposure conditions. Tooling feasibility, jacket-to-overmold compatibility and acceptance requirements need review before samples or production are approved.
Specify the mating interface, cable diameter and boot length for an axial cable exit.
Define exit direction, connector orientation and clearance around the mating equipment.
Configure connector types, cable length and molded grip geometry; validate the required data and power performance.
Combine cable branches in a molded junction with drawing-controlled leg lengths and pin assignments.
Review flange geometry, mounting holes and enclosure interfaces before tooling approval.
Confirm polarity, conductor size, plug dimensions and electrical ratings for the equipment.

01
Specify connectors, wire lengths, branching, protection and labeling for your installation.
02
Discuss your drawings and assembly requirements before starting a new build.
03
Plan prototype and production requirements around the needs of your project.
04
Align drawings, revisions and inspection requirements before manufacture.
Compare suppliers on tooling ownership, mold maintenance, drawing control and sample approval criteria. A low unit price can hide tool modification costs, minimum resin purchases or connector supply risk.
Request an agreed inspection plan covering pinout, molded dimensions, flash limits and cable retention as applicable. Sealing, flex endurance and electrical qualification require defined project conditions and evidence.
Define boot length, exit angle, bend envelope, grip features, branch orientation and mating clearance. Confirm critical dimensions and tolerances before committing to a cavity layout.
Agree the drawing and BOM, review resin and tooling, build samples, approve first articles, then release the controlled revision for production. Changes to the cable jacket or connector may require new validation or tool adjustments.
For a quotation, include connector part numbers, cable specification, pinout, molded geometry, quantities, annual demand, acceptance tests and delivery destination. Tooling and qualification should be quoted separately where applicable.
Select the resin grade against the cable jacket, processing conditions and service exposure. Appearance alone does not establish adhesion or sealing.
Plan connector positioning, cable support and shut-off surfaces in the mold. Agree evidence needed for release before sampling.
Custom harness projects for machine builders and equipment OEMs. Align assembly details with your installation and production requirements.
Coordinate drawings, BOMs and component selection while planning prototype builds and production sourcing.
Prepare the right project information for a more useful engineering review and quotation.
