Support for Your Medical Equipment Project

01

Drawing-Based Customization

Specify connectors, wire lengths, branching, protection and labeling for your installation.

02

DFM Review

Discuss your drawings and assembly requirements before starting a new build.

03

Prototype to Production

Plan prototype and production requirements around the needs of your project.

04

Traceability & Documentation

Coordinate drawing revisions, material traceability and requested FAI or test documentation.

Choose a Medical Wiring Harness Manufacturing Partner

A useful supplier review goes beyond connector fit. Medical equipment projects need clear component specifications, controlled revisions and an agreed inspection plan.

Xinshao supports material traceability, DFM review and project documentation. Define acceptance criteria and required records before the first article, then carry the approved configuration into production.

custom-medical-cable-shield-termination

Combine power, signal and control branches in a documented assembly layout. Specify connector orientation, service loops, mounting points and labels to simplify installation.

Approve the BOM, pinout, dimensions and inspection plan before production. Component alternatives require your approval; cleaning resistance and flex requirements need a defined validation method.

Send a drawing, sample or BOM with prototype quantities and expected production demand to begin a technical review.

Custom Medical Wiring Harnesses: A Buyer’s Guide

Prepare the right project information for a more useful engineering review and quotation.

Send the drawing, BOM, exact connector part numbers, pinout, dimensions, quantities and delivery needs. Include intended use, electrical ratings, cleaning conditions and required inspection records.
Define whether the assembly is internal, externally handled or patient-contacting. Patient contact, sterilization and cleaning compatibility require project-specific material selection and validation; these are not blanket properties of a cable assembly.
Identify signal types, cable length, routing constraints and the required shield termination. Agree any signal integrity or EMC checks for the assembly within the equipment design.
Discuss material traceability, first-article inspection reports and test records during the RFQ. Confirm the applicable certificate scope and project acceptance criteria before supplier approval.
Use the prototype to verify fit, routing, pinout and agreed electrical checks. Freeze the approved drawing and BOM, then agree revision control, inspection records and production quantities.
